Pricing Conclusion

  • PowerDialer AI
PowerDialer AI offers flexible pricing, including a free version to help users explore its core features. Its paid plans cater to both small teams and large organizations, providing scalable options for different needs. Pricing starts at $99 per month, with an additional charge of $3 per phone number for customers needing extra numbers, making it a cost-effective solution for sales teams looking for advanced dialing functionalities at competitive rates.
  • Orum offers a more defined pricing structure but can become more expensive as your team grows, especially when considering the per-user costs and any additional features required for larger teams. It doesn't serve teams with fewer than 5 people and operates on an annual contract. There is no significant feature difference between its plans, and like PowerDialer, it is based on Twilio, meaning both platforms share the same underlying technological infrastructure. While still competitive, it may not offer as much flexibility as PowerDialer AI for growing teams.

"Why PowerDialer is My Go-To Choice for Cold Calling"

I have 10 licenses for PowerDialer's AI-powered Parallel Dialer & Virtual Salesfloor. My cold-calling team has been using it for a year now. I find it the most affordable autodialer, with almost 65% savings per license. Hands down, it's better than what Nooks, Salesfinity, and Orum are offering at this price point.

Orum

4.6 out of 5
Average of 1200 ratings from leading review sites.

Orum is one of the tools you really need in your tech stack. From having your SDRs on sales floors together, dialing together, building culture together to access to multiple phone numbers across the country to the enrichment capabilities. I can go on and on about Orum. The best part of Orum from a user perspective is the capability to dial up to 10x more people and keep track of all the objections. From a management perspective having the analytics at my finger tips, the capability to have full insight on how my team is progressing and having a Client Success Manager (Gi) who has supported me with much more than how to use Orum but how to look at our numbers better than what is on the surface. Gi, our Client Success Manager is one of the best and ensuring we are utilizing all the gold Orum has to offer!

In a matter of a few months my team's baseline has only increased higher and higher from month to month. If that's not enough, my team absolutely love Orum. Even the SDRs that identify as not technically advanced! So this is the tool for each and every user.

To assess customer satisfaction levels, we analyzed and used user ratings and reviews from reputable platforms G2 and Capterra.
