"A great all around softphone service"

Deployment was simple, getting the team set up with their own numbers etc. was painless. Support has been fantastic, as any time I've had a question, they've been able to solve it and always get back to me in a timely manner. My SDR team uses it every day, and have found that it integrates easily with their normal flow of work.

"Overall, very pleasant experience."

We have really enjoyed the ability to give each individual their own extension, the call recording/transcription feature and the ability for managers to go back to listen whenever they want/need to do so for quality control purposes or for training new employees how to handle certain calls. Another HUGE plus is that their customer service team is AWESOME- they respond super quickly and are always extremely helpful!

We don't really have many qualms with them aside from periodically dropping calls when trying to transfer from one user to another, but that also may be a reception issue within our building. One other issue we run into (infrequently) is that on outgoing calls, the line will ring but will have a busy tone overlayed so the call is not actually being placed to the recipient.

We have multiple locations and a lot of our team works outside of the office, we were needing a solution that would allow us all to take/make calls and transfer them amongst our team as needed. We also needed a robust recording system for the call center.
